Recipe: Taste of Summer Bowl
Ingredients-
Base:
1 cup frozen pineapples
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 cup frozen blueberries
½ cup of pineapple juice
Toppings:
Mango (as desired)
Blackberries
1 Pinch of Chili Flakes (can be Tijuan seasoning, red pepper flakes, or desired powdered pepper of your choice)
1-2 tablespoons Nut Butter (of your choice)
Granola
Chocolate chips (of your choice)
Coconut Flakes (as desired)
Instructions-
Put pineapple, strawberry, blueberry, and pineapple juice in a blender, and mix until smooth. Place in your bowl of choice.
Slice a mango in half, right behind the pit. Take half, and slice in strips (as indicated by the picture). Place on base.
Sprinkle a pinch of desired spice across the mangoes.
Top the remainder of the bowl with blackberries, granola, chocolate chips, and coconut flakes.
Place your favorite nut butter on top.
