Recipe: Taste of Summer Bowl

Ingredients-

Base:

  • 1 cup frozen pineapples

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries

  • ½ cup of pineapple juice

Toppings:

  • Mango (as desired)

  • Blackberries

  • 1 Pinch of Chili Flakes (can be Tijuan seasoning, red pepper flakes, or desired powdered pepper of your choice)

  • 1-2 tablespoons Nut Butter (of your choice)

  • Granola

  • Chocolate chips (of your choice)

  • Coconut Flakes (as desired)

Instructions-

  1. Put pineapple, strawberry, blueberry, and pineapple juice in a blender, and mix until smooth. Place in your bowl of choice.

  2. Slice a mango in half, right behind the pit. Take half, and slice in strips (as indicated by the picture). Place on base.

  3. Sprinkle a pinch of desired spice across the mangoes.

  4. Top the remainder of the bowl with blackberries, granola, chocolate chips, and coconut flakes.

  5. Place your favorite nut butter on top. 

  6. Enjoy!
